Pompidou center's Boutique
When I visited Paris for the first time at 18 years old, there was no internet, and there were no cell phones. Everything seemed grandiose, monumental, luxurious, exquisite, lavish and so, drunk on history and French classicism, I stumbled upon the Pompidou center. Air ducts, escalators, colored pipes... Bare beauty, both conceptual and theatrical at once. An interior that was both diaphanous and empty but also full of sculpture, cinema, literature, interactive spaces, and not to mention that square, so full of life! I was blown out of my mind. And today, thirty-three years later, it blows my mind again to know that our pieces, contemporary jewelry for sure, but made by our hands, will be exhibited in their store :)
